U.S. State Privacy Notice
Effective date: July 21, 2026
This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws. Terms such as "consumer," "personal information," "personal data," "sale," "share," and "targeted advertising" have the meanings assigned by applicable law.
1. Notice at collection

Sources are the consumer, the consumer's browser, first-party search indexes, the Google search service used to fulfill a query, optional AI providers selected by the consumer, and retailers reporting an affiliate transaction.
2. Disclosure during the preceding 12 months
Categories described above may have been disclosed for operational purposes to hosting, database, content-delivery, security, communications, professional-service, search, AI, and affiliate partners. Google receives queries and technical connection data necessary to return essential Google-hosted search results when configured. AI and advertising transmissions remain optional and require an affirmative choice.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Because some laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly, you may opt out of any qualifying disclosure or targeted advertising through Your Privacy Choices. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of a consumer under 16.
Our commercial data-licensing business concerns curated indexes, classifications, feeds, enriched data, search-output compilations, and independently generated or deidentified datasets—not identifiable consumer search histories collected by the current application. 3. Rights
Subject to coverage, exceptions, and verification, state law may provide rights to know or access; confirm processing; correct; delete; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling; limit certain sensitive-information uses; obtain a list of specific third parties; and appeal a denial.

4. California-specific disclosures
We do not offer a financial incentive or price/service difference in exchange for personal information. California residents may also request information concerning disclosures of certain personal information for another party's direct-marketing purposes under California Civil Code § 1798.83.
We honor Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out signal where required. The older Do Not Track signal does not communicate a standardized choice and is not treated as a universal opt-out. The Cookie Policy explains available controls.
5. Nevada-specific disclosures
A Nevada consumer may submit a verified request directing us not to make a covered sale of covered information. We do not sell covered information for monetary consideration. Submit the request through the Privacy Request Form and select "Opt Out of Sale or Sharing."
6. Appeals and regulator complaints
Where state law provides an appeal, submit it through the Privacy Request Form and select "Appeal." If the appeal is denied, our response will identify the appropriate attorney general or regulator where required.
